Custom NX Peripheral Stent System

• The XTENT Custom NX Peripheral (NXP) Stent System has been designed to precisely treat long lesions and multiple lesions with a customizable, fracture resistant self expanding stent. Custom NXP consists of a series of nitinol stent segments which allow the user to customize the length of stent for the lesion treated by controlling the number of discrete segments to be deployed in situ. After the first customizable stent deployment, with the remaining stent available inside the catheter, the Custom NX system can be reset and used to treat additional lesions. Besides allowing for the treatment of single, multiple, or long lesions with one device, the unique modular interdigitated design of the Custom NX stent segments is designed to prevent fracture and accommodate the significant bending, twisting, and compression forces of the superficial femoral artery (SFA).

Custom Drug Eluting Balloon

• XTENT’s Custom Drug Eluting Balloon (DEB) is a semi-compliant customizable balloon with a sheath protected delivery system. XTENT’s sheath protected delivery system acts to protect the drug coating during balloon delivery and allows for the control of balloon length in situ. The ability to customize the length of the balloon while in the patient's artery may reduce the incidence of geographic miss and provide for inventory efficiencies as compared with current fixed length balloon alternatives.

• The goal of the XTENT Custom NX Bioabsorbable Stent program is to develop a biodegradable approach to stent customization.
